What You’ll Do As Store Manager? You'll be the heart of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading all aspects of store operations and employee management
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff
- Managing inventory and coordinating deliveries
- Organizing showroom displays to maximize customer experience
- Performing daily/monthly accounting and financial reporting

- A natural leader with retail or store management experience
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with both customer-facing duties and back-end operations
- Tech-savvy and confident managing sales data and inventory
