Retail Store Manager


Simply Amish is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee day to day operations of our Kauffman Amish Furniture Outlet in Arcola, IL.


Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be able to motivate our commissioned sales staff, drive sales, keep staff on target, and make sure customers are satisfied with their overall experience with our store, the sales staff and the delivery crew. The successful candidate will also be expected to step in and help make sales during high traffic times or when staff are on vacation. Must be great with people, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques.
Simply Amish is a manufacturer of high end furniture that is distributed throughout North America. We’re design driven and very innovative. We make products that you can be proud of selling. This opportunity is at our outlet location in Arcola, IL. Furniture retail experience is preferred but not required. A minimum of 3 years of general retail experience is required.
